Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with American Express card members via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance with inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting.

- Assist card members with account inquiries, including balance inquiries, transaction disputes, rewards redemption, and general account maintenance.
- Provide information about American Express products, services, and benefits, and assist card members with application processes as needed.
- Utilize various systems and tools to access customer account information, process transactions, and update customer records accurately.
- Adhere to American Express policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate through complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
