Contact Center Assistant – Remote Work

Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a remote, part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed.

Responsibilities: – Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers – Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies – Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions – Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines – Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience – Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and resolution times – Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends – Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements: – Resilient and motivated personality traits – Excellent negotiation and communication skills – Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software – High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
