What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to a team of Account Executives.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire your team of reps to become top achievers and future leaders.
  • Hold your team accountable to ensuring that our products, policies, and pricing are conveyed clearly and accurately to prospects.
  • Execute effective team meetings, one-on-ones, and group training sessions.
  • Exceed monthly outreach team quotas.
  • Implement strategic sales training, planning, and forecasting.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Have 1+ years of experience successfully developing and managing inside outreach teams in a high-volume, outbound sales environment.
  • Are well-versed in selling digital products to SMBs and utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Have a proven track record of success in motivating a team to exceed revenue goals.
  • Embody all Yelp values and work with high integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Empathize with, inspire, and engage a diverse workforce and a diverse customer base.
  • Have experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics.
  • Have earned a Bachelor’s degree OR have 3+ years of client-facing experience and hold a high school diploma or GED.
