Virtual Assistant for Audience-Building and Social Media Management

I am an authorpreneur and 20+ year enterprise technology sales and marketing executives whose teams have generated $1B+ in revenue. I am focused on helping people who sell and market technology to large businesses.

I am seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me grow my online presence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have experience in audience-building, social media engagement, and content management.

Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with my target audience (CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales & Marketing influencers), liking and commenting on posts, managing my regular social media postings, and building and maintaining lists of influencers, partners, and potential customers.

Responsibilities:
– Grow my following on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube by connecting with and engaging my target audience.
– Like and comment on posts from my target audience to build online relationships.
– Write and manage social media posts on a regular schedule, aligned with my brand voice.
– Post blog articles, including adding images, keywords, and other SEO-friendly elements.
– Build and maintain lists of influencers, partners, and potential customers for my books and services.
– Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to improve my online presence.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management and audience-building, particularly on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
– Strong writing and communication skills.
– Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms.
– Experience with content creation, SEO, and keyword optimization.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– A proactive and results-driven attitude.

Preferred:
– Experience in the sales and marketing industry
– Experience working with authorpreneurs
– Familiarity with CRM tools and database management.
