Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team at Tesla in Washington, D.C. This part-time position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing excellent customer service to our clients. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to address their inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities: – Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat – Provide accurate information about Tesla products and services – Assist customers in navigating our website and online store – Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team – Proactively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell products – Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times – Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions – Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: – 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field – Resourceful and reliable personality traits – Strong project management and creativity skills – Excellent written communication skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software – Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
