Job Description:

Disney is seeking a resilient and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas to provide remote support to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: – Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner – Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed – Providing product information and assistance with ordering – Processing returns and refunds according to company policies – Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers – Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met – Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements: – 1 year of customer service experience – Excellent communication skills – Strong problem-solving abilities – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Time management and planning skills – Resilient and reliable personality traits – High school diploma or equivalent – Comfortable working remotely
