Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Target in Seattle, Washington, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This part-time role at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: – Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have – Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote loyalty to Target – Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention – Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience – Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement – Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and feedback – Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of products or services

Requirements: – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers – Adaptable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism – Excellent planning and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities – Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to customer problems – Visa sponsorship, Dental insurance, and Disability insurance provided as benefits – Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management – Bachelor’s degree preferred – Proficiency in customer relationship management software (CRM) – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong written and verbal communication skills
