Full job description:
To join our team, our office is looking for enthusiastic candidates who have handled customer inquiries and complaints. A thorough understanding of our products, a willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers, and strong organizational skills (including the ability to prioritize workloads) are required of the Customer Service Representative. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, have previous experience in a call center, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Over the phone, speak clearly.
Good phone manners
Maintain professional communication with the client.
Be familiar with office software and equipment.
Learn the company’s policies and procedures quickly.
Serve the customer base with excellence.
Answer questions about products or services from customers.
Provide assistance to customers with computer issues.
Always demonstrate an understanding of the product or service.
You should be able to type quickly.
