Amazon Account Manager Remote Jobs – WFH

Unpack agency is a new ecommerce agency that helps ambitious FMCG startups get started and build their brand on Amazon. Started by two founders that built their own FMCG brands on the platform, we aim to help brand focused products establish and thrive on the Amazon marketplace in both the UK and EU.

We started only just over a 18 months ago but have grown our client base and while still in the startup phase, we plan to grow the company and client base significantly over the next 12 months.

We are looking for someone with Amazon or agency experience that can come and be a core part of the account management team with the aim to bring organisation and improve communication both internally in the team and externally with clients to ensure we effectively manage workload and growth in what is a critical time for the business.

The ideal person will:

– Understand the Amazon ecosystem to a high level. be confident with H10, Seller and Vendor central.

– Be comfortable with an agency structure.

– Have excellent communication skills both internal and external.

– Excellent organisation skills on both company workload and with clients.

Key opportunity for the right person to get into a growing agency at ground level while we are still establishing and grow with us over the next few years to be a core part of the team.
