What You Will Do:
• Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, and South Airlines’ policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls.
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Keeping updated on South Airlines’ services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
