Job Description – Online Customer Care Assistant
Job Description:
American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and any other questions or concerns they may have. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research and gather information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. 6. Assist with monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to better assist customers. 8. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. 5. Proficiency in conducting research and gathering information to provide accurate responses. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7.
