Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team at Tesla in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support, and representing the Tesla brand with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest standards of customer service. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent people management and critical thinking skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
