School SLP – Remote | WFH

Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking an SLP to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in a full-time, remote capacity, providing services to students in Wilmington, VT.

As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of our students.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students using evidence-based practices.

Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont.

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
