Last name
Type (player, captain, manager, coach,, assist coach
The year(s) the person is listed (the years overlap (1994/95). Just put an ex in the attached spreadsheet.
For the 1993/94 year, I only have a banner. I don’t have plaques for 1994/95 and 1996/97.
Please tell me how much you would charge and when you will finish.
