About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Business Enablement.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
    Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and portfolio / program management
  • Portfolio Management experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of ever-evolving regulatory environments and governance processes
  • Incentive plan design, implementation, and governance experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of data governance program development and implementation in a large organization across multiple business functions
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide
  • Experience in corporate-wide policy governance, maintenance and governance of the plans, playbooks and policies
  • Self-starter with ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

 

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel 15% – 25% of the time
  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule in which you are required to work in office 3 days per week at a minimum in one of the locations listed below

Pay Range

 

$96,600.00 – $206,100.00
