Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Apple App Store Account Consultant to address and resolve complex account-related issues that are affecting our app deployment process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Apple’s App Store, including knowledge of the App Store Connect and Developer Account management, and a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving account issues.

Responsibilities:

– Assess and resolve issues related to Apple Developer Accounts, including but not limited to provisioning profiles, certificates, and app-specific issues.

– Provide guidance and support for navigating Apple’s policies and resolving any compliance issues that may affect app deployment.

– Assist in managing and troubleshooting App Store Connect issues, ensuring all account details are accurate and compliant with Apple’s requirements.

– Work closely with our development team to understand technical challenges and provide solutions that align with Apple’s guidelines.

– Develop and implement strategies to streamline the app submission and review process, minimizing delays related to account problems.

– Prepare and maintain documentation on account management practices and resolutions to common issues.

– Train key personnel in account management and compliance practices to prevent future issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Proven experience with Apple’s App Store deployment and account management.

– Strong understanding of Apple’s development software, guidelines, and the legal and regulatory environment affecting app deployment
