Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through online chat support
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

– Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs effectively

Requirements:
– 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through online chat
– Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently
– Reliable and able to work independently
– Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
