As the Community Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Coastal and Mountain communities while reporting into the Senior Community Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships for YETI with influencers, including but not exclusive to ambassadors, guides, outfitters, lodges, brand partners, and key retailers. This role will also support the Senior Community Marketing Managers on helping identify new growth opportunities within both the Coastal and Mountain global markets.

Responsibilities:
- Support, service, and maintain day-to-day relationships with key mountain brand partners, ambassadors, and events
- Assist in identifying new talent and partnerships that align within these categories, understanding any shifts in the industry
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and content pertaining to authentic mountain storytelling
- Internal consultant for the broader marketing team as it pertains to the mountain community
- Ensure YETI maintains relevance and authenticity in the mountain and coastal community
- Provide necessary intel for YETI on any major trends within the community
- Active outreach and communication in-person or over phone/email to relevant individuals and groups in the dedicated community
- Handle day-to-day needs of partner relationships within the community, and assist with production and staffing of consumer-facing events on behalf of the YETI brand
- Willingness to travel up 70% of the time
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in either the mountain or coastal communities
- At least 4 years of experience working with partners in the mountain and coastal communities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- You must be able to handle and manage multiple relationships with ambassadors and partners with the highest level of customer service
- The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize travel and time in the field within regular department workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal oriented with high standards for excellence
- Strong time management skills
- This role requires to be onsite in Austin, Texas

- Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
