We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns
– Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
– Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their inquiries or orders
– Provide excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills at all times
– Assist customers in multiple languages, including English and , to ensure effective communication
– Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and find appropriate solutions
Experience:
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
– Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
– proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and empathy
