the company is an equal opportunity employer, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in supporting our HR function and strategically partnering with our Customer Success and Corporate teams. As an HRBP, you will enjoy frontline access to leaders and their teams, guiding, partnering, and supporting them on their professional journey. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our HRBP and Director of People Ops to support the Customer Success and Corporate functions, executing key HR processes (Performance Management, Compensation, Career Pathing) and implementing best practices for approximately 300 employees.
Gather and analyze data using Human Resources metrics.
Coach and advise managers on employee-related issues and needs, working collaboratively to manage and resolve performance and employee relations matters.
Provide support to employees on various aspects of [Company] – benefits, policies, and procedures.
Drive employee engagement within teams through the creation of action plans, fostering accountability with leaders, and implementing touchpoints, rewards, recognition, and performance optimization strategies.
Develop programs to enhance the employee experience, including employee development and support initiatives.
Offer assistance in organizational design, performance management, coaching, learning and development, data analysis, and employee relations.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and respond to audit requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within a fast-growth company.
Superior communication skills, conveying confidence, empathy, and trust to build effective relationships; adept at engaging with front-line employees and senior leaders on both strategic and operational levels.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills to identify root causes, understand trends, and develop recommendations.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Passion for pulling together data to tell a compelling story.
