Customer Success Specialist – Work from home

Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time, associate-level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions – Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution via phone, email, and chat – Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues – Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction – Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience – Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: – Adaptable and confident personality traits – Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail – Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities – Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software – High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
