What You’ll Do

Be a data whiz! You’ll process and maintain data in various formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support project progress by tracking inquiries and keeping everyone informed.

Develop and manage plans to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Prepare reports and review documents for accuracy.

Provide professional and confidential administrative support to our team leaders.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

2+ years of experience in a clerical role, ideally in healthcare.

Strong organizational and Excel skills.

Experience with data entry of alpha-numeric information.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
