Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into Amazon’s systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Perform data cleanup and formatting as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
