About You:
You thrive on taking care of the needs of busy business leaders, ensuring their day runs smoothly. You have a high-energy, charismatic personality and can create a positive environment. You enjoy dynamic, physical onsite work, working directly with our founders and being involved in various aspects of the business. You are highly considerate and nurturing with the ability to think three steps ahead and anticipate needs. A self-starter who requires minimal direction and can take initiative. You are extremely resourceful and capable of solving problems independently with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
About the Role:
You will be spending most of your day at Speechify house and driving in LA ensuring that our two founders, Cliff and Tyler Weitzman utilize their time and can focus on their productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Meal prep and ordering food and refreshments for our founders
- Light domestic work some washing up and clothing organization
- Running errands in LA
- Driving leadership to meetings and events
- Ordering supplies and managing deliveries
- Receiving directions from our remote Chief of Staff
- Coordinating with our remote team of EA’s
- Hosting guests coming to Speechify house
- Helping out on photo and filming shoots of our ads
- Some help with Speechify’s puppy – toy labradoodle, Luna
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program
- Must: valid driver’s license, and good driving record
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast typing skills, knowledge of Google Sheets and Google meets
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
FAQ’s
This temporary Personal Assistant role will preferably be full time but part time may be OK as well (20-40 hours/week) and run from October 20th 2024 – April 20th 2025 (there is flexibility with the term). Some weekends required.
