Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update customer information into our database.
  • Manage and maintain customer records to ensure all data is current and correct.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer care.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Working Hours:
