The Customer Relations Representative’s full responsibilities include scheduled outreach to customers and sales presentations. Daily responsibilities for a customer relations representative include:
Participate in engaging presentations designed to attract new customers and boost profits. Keep accurate records of all sales, orders, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with all regulations. Attend various training sessions. Perform other duties as required. Customer Relations Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization. You must be able to work with a team and think on your feet. You must be able to commute to our Long Beach office and work full-time hours, including weekends.
