Google Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and organized Google Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CDW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients using Google products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google technology, and a passion for helping customers find success with Google products.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field• Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service, technical support, or similar role• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Exceptional problem-solving skills• Ability to provide exceptional customer service• Knowledge of Google products and technologies• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Proven organizational and time-management skillsIf you have a passion for helping customers find success with Google products, and the skills to provide exceptional technical service, then this is the perfect role for you. Responsibilities: •Respond to customer inquiries and requests with technical support and customer service, using Google products •Provide exceptional customer service to customers seeking assistance with Google products •Troubleshoot technical issues with Google products •Train customers on the use of Google products •Identify customer needs and recommend solutions •Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction •Stay up to date on Google product updates and changes •Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success •Provide feedback and recommendations to management on customer service practices and processes •Maintain customer records and document customer interactions
