Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service, technical support, or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Knowledge of Google products and technologies

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
