Job Description – Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:Walt Disney is looking for a dedicated and independent Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in call center management.

Responsibilities: – Manage and oversee the operations of the online call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery – Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction – Monitor call center metrics and provide regular reports to senior management – Train, mentor, and support call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery – Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner – Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field – Proven experience in call center management, preferably in an online environment – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong planning and time management abilities – Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively – Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems
