Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: – Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance with booking flights, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner – Utilize knowledge of American Airlines products and services to provide accurate information to customers – Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills – Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements: – Adaptable and dedicated personality traits – Strong planning and teamwork skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment – Proficiency in computer systems and online chat platforms – High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
