What You Will Be Doing

 

As a PPC Specialist, you will take full responsibility for managing client accounts and ensuring they deliver exceptional performance, top-notch customer service, and high client satisfaction levels to improve retention rates. Your role entails overseeing paid traffic, devising effective strategies, conducting tests, analyzing campaign results, and implementing optimizations across paid advertising channels, such as search, shopping, performance max, display, video, and retargeting.


Core responsibilities will include
:

  • Plan account structure and generate ideas
  • Create optimized campaigns with compelling ad copy, targeted keywords, and account setup
  • Identify and solve challenges within accounts
  • Proactively manage and optimize accounts for growth and improvement
  • Manage bids, budgets, and campaign adjustments
  • Run search query reports and adapt keywords accordingly
  • Suggest next steps to improve campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and key data with Google Analytics
  • Audit accounts as needed
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research
  • Plan audience targeting
  • Set up and optimize shopping feeds
  • Collaborate with team members to align paid acquisition with other marketing initiatives
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients by spearheading virtual client calls and sending timely yet insightful emails

Your performance will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client, and you will have the freedom to achieve the desired results independently. We rely on your initiative and proactive approach, with the full support of the team, to accomplish your goals.


Who We’re Looking For

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PPC Account Manager with a proactive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PPC advertising and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.


Experience:

Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in:

  • Manage monthly budgets of $50k or more
  • Proficient in Search Advertising platforms: AdWords, Bing, Yahoo
  • Knowledgeable in Retargeting through Google, AdRoll, Criteo, and Facebook
  • Familiarity with SEMRush/Spyfu for keyword research
  • Experience with Video Advertising on YouTube
  • Ability to optimize Shopping Feeds and manage Shopping Campaigns
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager


Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to scale paid traffic while maintaining KPI targets
  • Knowledgeable of paid and organic traffic’s interplay
  • Capacity to analyze demographics to maximize ROI
  • Highly organized and works well with diverse brands and projects
  • Self-management skills in a remote work environment
  • Knowledgeable about conversion tracking and best practices for setup
  • Achieves or exceeds client goals


Nice, but not essential:

  • Relevant Google Ads certifications
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
  • In-house, agency, or remote work experience
  • Proficiency in using Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to use GSuite, ClickUp, Notion, Loom & Slack
  • Experience in Social Advertising platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest
