Required Capabilities

Year End Reward
To remunerate partners for their commitments to the organization for the schedule year, Publix gives an Occasion Reward in November. The reward for this position is 8 hours of pay when another partner joins Publix before July 1. There is no reward in the main year for partners employed after July 1.
