Main duties of the job
The District Nursing and Community Therapy teams provide specialised care to patients within their own homes, for example when they have been discharged from hospital or to provide ongoing care.
We are looking for Band 3 and Band 4 administrators to join our friendly team of clinicians and administrators.
Duties can include :-
• Booking and rearranging appointments when necessary
• Ordering and maintaining stock levels of clinical and office equipment
• Ensuring data is collected and entered to the highest accuracy
• Answering phone and email queries
• Supporting the clinical teams in all administrative tasks
• Supervision and line management of administrators in the team/locality
• Assist in the provision of high standards of data collection and analysis
• Collate staff records regarding training, annual leave, and sickness, including e-rostering
