Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Apple in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities: – Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have – Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention – Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients – Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge
