Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and dedication.

Responsibilities: – Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information – Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives – Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and satisfaction – Provide support and guidance to clients on Netflix products and services – Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: – 3+ years of experience in a customer service role – Adaptable and dedicated personality traits – Strong people management and persuasion skills – Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities – Ability to work independently and in a remote setting – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
