Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service support to Tesla customers via phone, chat, and email. 2. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support to customers in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Utilize customer relationship management tools to update customer information and provide accurate and timely responses. 4. Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Develop a deep understanding of Tesla products and services in order to effectively assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Tesla’s brand values in all customer interactions. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on new products and services. 9. Handle escalated customer issues with patience and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Confidence in interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. 7. Resourcefulness in finding solutions and going above and beyond to meet customer needs. 8. Demonstrated persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits and upsell opportunities.
