In your capacity as Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the FareShare Go program grows and endures by maximizing connections and bringing value to make the greatest possible experience for our charitable community. They will be crucial in establishing and preserving partnerships with charities and retailers, as well as spreading the word about FareShare Go throughout your community.
Responsabilities:
• Charity account management: You are in charge of making sure that coverage KPIs are met and maintained for both new and existing stores. You will conduct virtual calls and in-person meetings with both new and current charities. During these trips, you will use your analysis of charity needs along with your understanding of retailer and store profiles to make the most of the offer to charities, making sure the service satisfies their needs.
• Community Capacity Building: In order to improve the redistribution of excess food to people in need, you will look for ways to empower and enable charities to take in additional food as part of your relationship-building efforts with them.
• Sustainability and Compliance: In order to enhance charity coverage and charity compliance, you will collaborate with your Regional Manager and team to pinpoint the stores that require re-engagement initiatives. Your goal will be to increase the quantity of food that charitable organizations with lesser compliance rates gather. In order to guarantee compliance, you will also be in charge of conducting food safety reviews with charitable organizations.
• Retailer Engagement: You will be crucial in preserving solid relationships with retailers within your area. When necessary, you will participate fully in any meet-and-greets with shops. Additionally, it will be your duty to stay in touch with the pertinent retail stakeholders in your area on a regular basis and to professionally and sensitively handle any issues that may come up.
• Engaging the FareShare Network: Our goal is to become “oneFareShare.” You will collaborate closely with the Regional Center(s) in your area in these jobs, which are an essential component of our FareShare network. In order to guarantee that charities have access to the FareShare service that best suits their needs, you will collaborate on projects that enhance and expand the FareShare community.
