Duities:
– Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
– Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
– Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications
– Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business field preferred
– Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
