Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in production operations management, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and supply chain management.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in production operations, with a focus on high-tech or consumer electronics.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
