A Talent Acquisition Advisor is needed for one of the world’s largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. Remote working Eastern Time. The Talent Acquisition Advisor collaborates remotely with hiring managers and HR teams to strategically manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring compliance with employment laws while delivering top talent efficiently to meet business needs in a dynamic environment.

responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function.
- Develop effective working relationships with hiring managers, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
- Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations.
- Deliver on commitments to the business and internal/external candidates.
- Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as requested.

Skills:
- Social networking, referrals, database mining, etc.
- Experience qualifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency settings.
