  • Manage and organize executive tasks and priorities using project management tools
  • Coordinate meetings, document key takeaways, and ensure follow-through

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • 2+ years experience in operations or technical coordination roles
  • Proven experience with data manipulation tools and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Strong background in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
  • Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace
  • Proven track record of maintaining data confidentiality and security protocols
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Airtable)

WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
