What to Expect
We are looking for a driven team member to contribute to the development of our Autopilot & Full Self Driving and Tesla Bot software at Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. This person labels images & videos that contribute to our deep learning network. In this role you will work with in-house tools to label data coming directly from the Tesla fleet of vehicles and Bot Data Collectors.
No previous experience in AI or data labeling required. The perfect candidate for this role is adaptable, can apply logic to multiple different scenarios, is attentive to detail, has experience with computers and other software, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. This team provides all onsite training to help you be successful in this role.

Option 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
What You’ll Do
- You will use in-house tools to label images for the Autopilot and/or Tesla Bot team
- Interact with team members to help us improve on the design of an efficient labeling interface
- You will gain basic computer vision and machine learning knowledge to better understand how the labels are used by our learning algorithms
- Make judgement calls on difficult edge cases that might come up during labeling
What You’ll Bring

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and be able to prioritize assignments
- Able to follow directions, detail-oriented, patient, and quality focused
- Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be reliable, have initiative, and professional while able to work independently and on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Experience with photo or video editing software is a plus
