Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties including email correspondence, call management, and appointment scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants, supervisors, and vendors for the property manager.
- Assist in drafting leases, screening tenants, and maintaining compliance.
- Create SOPs and process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in web-based project management tools and office software.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling.
- Must reside in the Philippines.
