Job Description:

Aetna, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat – Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention – Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience – Utilize company resources and systems to accurately assist customers – Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: – Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask – Driven and resilient personality traits – Adaptability and people management skills – Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
